    My goal for this challenge is to show you that you don’t have to fully escape your life and run off to a retreat in Bali to find peace. You can find moments of tranquility no matter where you are.

    Feel like your life could use a little more peace and calmness? Tired of feeling stressed or anxious? Maybe the only times you feel somewhat relaxed are at the end of the night when you’re zoning out to Netflix or scrolling social media. You keep hearing that you *should* do yoga, or practice gratitude, etc., but it’s just hard to find the motivation, especially when no one else is holding you accountable.

    It might be time to get a little more creative in how you incorporate more peace into your life, and I will be your accountability buddy! Let’s find some stillness amongst the chaos and peace within the ordinary. It’s completely free, so why not?
